"I have been a keen Dirtbike rider for many years and still am. My passion for the sport started after I went on a girls tour lead by a lady who I also became good friends with and whose organised tours led me to meet other girls in the sport. Since that time many friendships have been formed. We called ourselves the Dirtbike chix. Dirtbike chix is a result of many things, but mostly from a desire to raise the profile, promote and encourage more girls in the sport. The Dirtbike chix brand, collection of clothing and merchandise was launched in April 2007, at a girls ride day at the Alexandra Motorcycle club, over 60 chix of all ages and all levels turned up to the day, it’s now become an annual event.
